Improve your posture, flexibility, and balance; strengthen bones and increase muscle strength!
Join us for yoga on Tuesdays and Fridays, starting June 3. Each class begins at 10 am.
Also offering Chair Yoga
for those with decreased mobility. These poses will be from a sitting position or using a chair for balance.
Chair yoga classes are 45 minutes on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:15, following regular yoga classes.
 
Both classes will be held in the fellowship hall at Van United Methodist Church.
Your first class will be free and each additional class is $5, paid to the instructor.
